The work I enjoy
I like taking something complicated and finding a way for someone to use it comfortably. A hiring team needs to publish a job. A customer wants to compare two appliances. The interface should help them get on with it.
At Navigos Group Vietnam, I work as part of a product team. Alongside that, I build and maintain websites for clients. That means paying attention to the things around a page too: how content gets updated, how a change is checked, and what happens after launch.
Some recurring problems have turned into small tools of my own. I shape their workflows and review agent-assisted implementation. I write about the ideas, attempts and adjustments here.

I am a key frontend contributor across recruitment products, working with product, design, backend and QA teammates.
I help establish the frontend architecture and build shared foundations, a career-page builder and interfaces for AI-assisted job posting. I also review changes and mentor a junior frontend teammate.

I built recruitment interfaces for finding candidates, reviewing applications and keeping a hiring process moving.
At PRIMUS, I was the sole frontend developer and contributed to some API work. I modernized the frontend while it was still in use. I also worked on internal tools that connected recruitment consultants with the information they needed.

As part of the frontend team, I worked on EMG SMILE’s dashboard, onboarding and lessons, including quizzes, discussions and real-time notifications.

What I bring to a team
Frontend development is the center of my work: reusable interfaces, responsive layouts, performance and the shared code that keeps a product consistent.
I’m comfortable following a feature beyond the screen, whether it needs a supporting API, a content editor or a deployment check. I work through requirements with teammates, review the result and leave the next person enough context to maintain it.
The technical details
React, Next.js, Angular, SvelteKit, TypeScript and JavaScript. Supporting experience includes Node.js, NestJS, Express, WordPress, Strapi, SQL and document databases, Docker and CI/CD.
I also work on shared frontend architecture, state management, translations, code review and workflows for coding agents.

Computer Science studies at Ho Chi Minh City International University, 2012 to 2016.
Vietnamese is my native language. I also work in English.
